I've been wanting to write this for a while. After every photo shoot is planned, taken, all the editing is done and before I hand over the photographs or blog them I first take a few minutes, blast on a song that I feel fits best with the photographs and carefully look at them. This helps me look at them through someone else's eyes, as if I had nothing to do with the process at all. The music draws me in and creates a story.
